They had two of the same color and trim level Jeeps on the lot, and a few hours after purchase and driving home, I received a call that they had given me the wrong vehicle. The VIN number of the Jeep that they gave me and I test drove before buying, didn’t match the VIN number on all my paperwork. Even though this was their error, and they made me believe I was buying a different Jeep with one extra feature, I had to change my plans to drive all the way back out there to switch to a vehicle that I had never test driven. After all the hassle for me due to their error, they refused to offer me any small extras to make up for their mistake. My salesperson was nice, but that’s about it. Also, I recommend avoiding their Speedy oil change and tire rotation service. They are far less experienced than the service department techs and broke a lug nut on my wheel, but made me sit there and wait until their manager returned from a lunch break because they didn’t want to tell me themselves. This time was definitely challenging because we threw a curve ball at him and decided to trade our van as well as turn in us with our vehicle needs!
