We bought the car sight unseen, relying on the experience and honesty of the salesperson to tell us if this was a good car for our needs. First, The car was previously owned by a smoker. I am super suprised that the used car department did not even take the time to change the filter, let alone have the interior steam cleaned. My salesman was great. He was very helpful and I originally walked out of the dealership with no deal, I was called the next day by Justin telling me he was going to do everything he could to get me originally walked out of the dealership with no deal, I was called the next day by Justin telling me he was going to do everything he could to get me in a new Ram as I needed the size upgrade for my family and he did just that! I was not entirely happy with the finance office when trying to get me to pay to extend the warranty the gentleman there spoke to me in a way that I did not like.
