Update 11/21/2024 - Went to Speedy and had a oil change and tire rotation done the other day and everything went fantastic like normal. They even cleaned the spot where the old oil change sticker was on the windshield that left glue on the windshield with windex and placed the new one in the spot it was. We wanted to look at a used car, but spent more time answering questions about the payment we wanted and how much we were putting as a down payment. They would not even negotiate on the price, they woul answering questions about the payment we wanted and how much we were putting as a down payment. They would not even negotiate on the price, they would not work with us after spending 2 hours there. Rob, the sales manager had an attitude, was very rude and said take it or leave it, so we left. Now, 2 days later they want to negotiate the price. Too late, we went somewhere else and bought a car. Terrible customer service. More
