Hi There- You came in for your recall and there was a miscommunication between our Service Lane staff and your Service Advisor. We inadvertently performed an oil change during your visit. We did not charge for the oil change, and we apologize that you felt your advisor did not treat you to a 5-star experience. She has received your feedback. We do hope that you will use our Service Department again, and that your next experience is far above average. Thank you.

I get free oil changes anyway from the dealership. I hope this one they just did doesn’t go against how many I am allowed in a year. I don’t think she even checked to see what I brought the car in for. I just don’t think you should disrespect a customer and try to argue with them. Not professional at all! Very disappointed with this dealership.

Please email your first and last name to fmcares@fmcars.com with the subject line "Free Oil Change" so that we can verify that you we properly credited your account with the free oil change. I confirmed with the Service Manager, Denise, that you should not have been deducted one from your free 3 years, but given our prior mistake we want to double check it was done properly. Thank you.
