We are sorry your recent experience here was less than positive, and have forwarded your review to management to look further in the situation. It does look like after bringing your vehicle in, you needed assistance taking off your locking lug nuts. When our tech began to assist you unfortunately it looks like your lug nuts were stripped, even with our shop lock kit, it would not have been possible to remove the them, which is why we suggested cutting them off per your approval. We understand your frustration, but did try to assist you the best we can. If you have any additional questions or concerns, do not hesitate to give us a call. Thanks.
