We do have a notice on the Appointment Confirmation page regarding diagnostic charges, although we should have contacted you once we received the vehicle in overnight drop to review everything. We do have phone records indicating we made contact with you, but it appears as if our communication was not what you expected. As a result of your review we are discussing how we can make our policies more clear to our customers and improve communication.
