i wrote a negative review for an oil change that happened last week where i was treated like a second-class citizen and offered no explanation as to why i was talked down to, why i wasn’t being included in w last week where i was treated like a second-class citizen and offered no explanation as to why i was talked down to, why i wasn’t being included in what was happening or why i had to wait 2 hours for an oil change. so after leaving the review, i check back on the fred martin website to read how the company responded. this is when i found that my feedback and review had been deleted from the fred martin website. ouch! so not only did you offer poor service, you then tried covering it up by deleting the negative comments left about my experience. can i please be refunded for the oil changes i’ve already paid for upon buying my car so i don’t have to come back to deal with the unfriendly, unhelpful service department? i will gladly pay for oil changes elsewhere where my business is appreciated. here’s hoping this review doesn’t get deleted in the next few hours 🤞🤞 More

I needed a service on my car. Tried to take out a loan I was declined. I understand all that but what makes me mad is I live in W. Akron. It takes me 25 plus minutes just to give there. I asked how the process worked when I made the appointment. All I was told was to bring an old check or a document with my account number and bank name.
