I have been very pleased with the service I receive from the dealership until I had a “break down “ in a neighboring state. My battery failed while on a sort vacation. A battery load test would have detected the need for a new battery and would have save me from paying for a service call for a jump service. You need to do more then just test that there is 12 volts to give your customers the security that their car is in quality condition until their next oil change and inspection. More
