There was a misunderstanding on a few options and price (which caused me to walk away from another deal initially) but the finance manager at Fred Martin just said "relax, we will take care of you". AND THEY DID!! They got me the car I was looking for at the price I was looking for and we walked out very happy. I will be checking them out first thing when I am in the market for our next vehicle.
