I have been dealing with Fred Martin Ford since 2019 and I have no complaints. Anthony Thompson has been my sales person each time and I cannot express enough what a great person he is. Everyone in the deal I have no complaints. Anthony Thompson has been my sales person each time and I cannot express enough what a great person he is. Everyone in the dealership is very nice. It is extremely clean and probably the most positive experience I have ever had with any dealership. They do their best to make the customer happy and work with you. They also check up on you from time to time. They are not pushy about selling you a car like most dealerships. I highly recommend anyone there. Try them out and let them take care of you for once. So my 90 year old grandmother came here last January and had front stabilizer links replaced along with four new tires and a alignment( spent around $900). So the other day I took her car to get the brake f had front stabilizer links replaced along with four new tires and a alignment( spent around $900). So the other day I took her car to get the brake fluid replaced and while driving I noticed a noise in the front suspension while going over bumps. So when I dropped it off I asked them to look at it. They showed me the stabilizer links are the ones making noise and the tech that put them on NEVER greased them!! So I called the dealership and spoke with a advisor who said he couldn’t help me because the service manager had to approve it. He said his name is Jeff and would return very soon and call me. Well that was Thursday and today is Monday. They had no problem taking a 90 year old women’s $900 but when they messed something up they don’t want to talk to me. She didn’t even put 2,000 miles on this car since they “fixed it”. So now she has to pay someone again to fix it with money she doesn’t have. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! More
