I am a first time buyer and I gave my sale man " Mark Kline" a big huge at the end of sale and about to drive away with my new Toyota !! It did not take way to long . I was a little upset with the dealership at first but my salemen Robert Hutching was great and came thru with everything he promised us he would do. They brought down the price on the two vechicles we got just to make the deals work for us and make us happy customers. The dealership is closed on Saturday, but we stopped by to look at cars anyway. Mo Soorty was there and got us information on the vehicle we were interested in. We test drove both on the freeway, and on local streets. We even got into a parking lot and tested for a tight turning radius. I have rated my expeirence with Shawn Thomas at FredHaas Toyota World as great because it was the best experience I have ever had buying a new car.
