I was called by Mr. Nguy, who assured me I would be taken care of and given positive help. I was impressed when he said "we help everybody". With this statement I felt a sense of peace come over me. He took me over to see Mr. Hutching, who greeted me with a big "hello", as if he knew me and was glad that I finally showed up. I never had a moment of doubt that I would be financed and leave the shop with a car. I felt secure in Mr. Nguy and Mr. Hutching hands. Mr Hutching walked me through the car buying process and talked to me and cautioned me where necessary. He was with me throughouot the entire process. Mr. Hutching even came in on his day off (Monday) to finish the process with me. I felt really blessed that Mr. Nguy had chosen Mr. Hutching for my sales representative. I am very content with the car I selected with the help of Mr. Hutching.
