Recently I purchased a Toyota 4Runner & left with mixed emotions about my experience. Recently my nephew purchased a vehicle as well from this same dealership. I made reference of my nephew more than mixed emotions about my experience. Recently my nephew purchased a vehicle as well from this same dealership. I made reference of my nephew more than once to my sales person about this purchase & what my nephews name was. After purchasing the vehicle I learned the salesman could have given my nephew a $100 for a referral. I told Him my nephew's name (Marion Greene) & it could have easily been seen that it was from this dealership it was purchased. So when I inquired about this to my salesman all he kept telling me it was too late. I mean, I told him about my family having likely purchased their vehicle from this dealership. He could have mentioned this incentive could have been given to my family. Yet he chose not to make mention of it, yet when I did it was to late. I waited from 11a.m. till 7p.m. to purchase my vehicle. While waiting on a the vehicle I wanted I was only offered coffee & soda, but was never told there was a snack bar area till my tour upon buying my truck. I felt he knew how long my wait was likely to be & could have offered me this knowledge or offered me to come back later in the day, so i could get something to eat on my own. To me he placed his own interest over that of the customer, possibly thinking I would return if I left. if that was the case he still could have offered me to the snack bar area. I honestly would never have made mention of any of it, but the refusing to give my family that referral incentive after I informed him of my nephew's name has me upset. More

My husband and I were looking for a car for our son. We called Herbie and met with him the next day. He did not pressure us as all and we found the car we were looking to buy. They have a Murphy's Deli o called Herbie and met with him the next day. He did not pressure us as all and we found the car we were looking to buy. They have a Murphy's Deli on site, so we were able to have a nice lunch while waiting for the car to be processed. We are big fans of Toyota and, now we are a fans of the Fred Haas Dealership. Mr. Castillo was a pleasure to deal with and we will work with him in the future. We highly recommend the dealership and the salesman. More

We met with Oscar Ortiz and discussed options, packages, and price. We had already walked from two previous dealerships because the salesman was trying to sell us something we weren't looking for. We had already done some research and knew what we wanted in packages and options, it was down to price. Oscar understood this, and helped us get into what we came for, at the price we were looking for; a true professional. I had been looking for a used car for myself for over a month. After doing extensive research online, I began travelling to numerous dealerships throughout the Greater Houston area trying to find a VW Pas month. After doing extensive research online, I began travelling to numerous dealerships throughout the Greater Houston area trying to find a VW Passat. Many of the sales people I encountered were either rude, unhelpful, too pushy for my liking, or wanted to talk me into a differnt make/model car. I was getting quite discouraged as I couldn't find a Passat that met my standards for a price I could afford. I was nearing the end of the list of cars I had found online when I went into Fred Hass Toyota in Spring. I was immediately greeted by Shah who had a firm handshake and a friendly smile. He presented himself in a professional manner and was more confident than I was about leaving with a new car (although I had heard that line before...). I told him about the 08 Passat I had seen on Autotrader.com and he went to get the key. The car ended up being just what I was looking for: low milage, great condition inside & out, lots of extra options, and a sticker price I could manage! I took it for a test drive then went back to the dealership to discuss "numbers." Shah had an appraisal done on the car I was wanting to trade-in and I was offered a more than fair amount (they beat Carmax's appraisal!). He showed me all available "dealer tools" to educate and assit me in my decision. Shah answered all of my questions in detail and when he saw a confused look on my face he would find a different way to explain it until I fully understood. He gave me time and space to process, think, and discuss my decision with my boyfriend without feeling pushed or rushed. When I made the decision that I wanted the car, Shah advocated for me with his managers to get me the best deal possible (and it TRUELY was!). Because it was late and we were still waiting to hear from the bank, he arranged for me to take the car as a loaner and come back the following evening to sign the final papers. The next night, my deal was finalized and Shah had proven that it was worth me trusting in him. Overall, I had a great experience at Fred Haas Toyota and an even better experience with my salesman, Shah. He built a relationship with me in a short period of time that I will forever remember. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a car that they make the trip to Spring and ask for SHAH. Thank-you Shah for helping making my dream come true! More

I've been looking for a car for about 6+ months (after an accident back in feb). And hoping one of these salesmen would me more helpful than pushy, condescending, or neglectful (yes, i was neglected!). I am picky and I didn't mind waiting. Many of the salesmen didn't take me seriously when I went to look. Anyway, I found a car on yahoo auto, and got a friend to drive me to fred haas (which, by the way, is about an hour's drive). I had spoken to Robert Hutching over the phone to check if the car was there first. So when I got there I wanted to see him. I had to wait a bit for him to be done with another customer, but he was always friendly and keeping me informed. Then he helped me. less than 1 hour - I'm done with paperwork for the car. next day i came back did financing. quick, easy, painless. and Robert's always following up. He helped get some scratches of the vehicle taken care of. He got it re-detailed, and he got me a bangin' price. If you go there don't go to anyone else but him: ROBERT HUTCHING!
