Wow! Surprised by these reviews! We have bought 8 Toyota’s in 6 states the last 27 years. This dealer was the absolute worst experience ever encountered. I was looking for a RAV4-this was our 7th To Toyota’s in 6 states the last 27 years. This dealer was the absolute worst experience ever encountered. I was looking for a RAV4-this was our 7th Toyota and had a specific price point to hit. Went in and was dealt strong sales pressuring. No biggie. Just explained if they can meet our deal, call me- we’ll sign. Three days pass and I get a call to come in that they would meet our deal. My husband is a very busy man and can not take off easily. I made sure the deal was what I had agreed before calling my husband to sign the papers. When my husband arrived they SWITCHED the papers! Thank God I caught it! I confronted them and they acted all ‘this wasn’t included’ crap- I had a firm OTD price- that included taxes, Tags, fees- they were trying to add on $1500 of paint upgrades and other crap! We called Joe Meyers Toyota who we had also been dealing with and explained what happened- they said- Come down- we WILL meet your deal. We did and got the deal and vowed never to give Haas another dime. More
Mr. Eric Coleman went above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle for me! I was stationed in Guam with the Air Force and had a short stop in Houston to visit family before heading to my next assignme perfect vehicle for me! Mr. Coleman worked with me via email from over 7,439 miles away and a time difference of nearly 18 hours while I was stationed in Guam to find the exact model and vehicle package I was looking for on my new RAV4. His excellent communication surpassed any other online dealers in the Houston area, many of which did not give me the time of day. Mr. Coleman, on the other hand, took the time to understand my needs and search the area to fulfill my particular vehicle requirements. He had expeditious response times and consistently checked in with me, ensuring that my dream vehicle would be available as soon as I landed in Houston. As soon as I got off the plane from Guam, I drove to Fred Haas and Mr. Coleman greeted me with a smile and got me in my new 2021 RAV4! I would recommend Mr. Eric Coleman and the Fred Haas Team for ANY and EVERY vehicle purchase you plan to make. As a first-time buyer, his team answered ALL of my questions (trust me – I had a lot) and made me feel as though I was leaving the dealership with the best deal on my vehicle. The Finance Manager, Mr. Craig Barrum, was also incredibly patient as he stepped me through the breakdown of both the maintenance plans and financing options for my vehicle. My new RAV4 made the trek with me to D.C., and I have had it for about a month and it is still just as amazing! Fred Haas, specifically Mr. Eric Coleman, is the way to go! His customer service and willingness to work with me while I was in Guam speaks volumes of his commitment to giving customers the best service possible. I can’t thank him enough for supporting me in my military journey and ensuring I made it to my next assignment in my dream car! More
