My wife & I looked several types of vehicles (Camery, Prius, Prius 4). Agter we had settled on the Camery XLE, Don showed several to us. We picked one he allowed us to test drive it. We drove on smooth roads & rough roads. Taking turns sitting in the front & rear seats. The vehicle performed flawlessly. Don took tons of time explaining the buttons & switches in the vehicle. My wife, being diabetic, and I left & went to a nearby eating. Then returned to see Don. After our final decision, Don worked up the paperwork & helped us interface with the salesmanager. I chose the former, and was pleasantly surprised that the tech would come into the waiting room peridically to give me a status on my car, and I only had to wait one hour! Very quick service. Most of our time at Fred Hass was spent with Donald explaining how everything worked on the Tacoma, how to use the warranty and how to contact Donald if we had any concerns AFTER the sale. He carefully explained every single aspect of how to utilize the various Toyota benefits and he personally demonstrated every feature on the truck...twice!
