So I bought a car from Fred Haas Toyota Country a couple of years ago and tried to buy another one from them again. Now they have dealer markup and I had been waiting to hear from them after they told me th of years ago and tried to buy another one from them again. Now they have dealer markup and I had been waiting to hear from them after they told me they would let me know when a RAV4 like I wanted became available. After not hearing from them for months I contacted them and Eric Coleman told me I was deactivated by their contact management system. Another person, Capresha Cunningham who was going to contact me but never did and after contacting them told me some customers put down deposits; it wasn't ever specified that it was required to get a car. It must be nice for car dealers these days where they have so many people buying cars that they don't even want repeat customers. That is okay I am buying my RAV4 at another dealership. More

After a couple conversations, the service manager said he could meet my needs. Day of appointment and the room is locked with the keys for their fleet of vehicles. I have been patient, kind, and very clear about my needs. I am beyond disappointed in this dealerships service department and will not return. Awful experience and waste of my time. More
I understand it is a sellers market but even after paying msrp plus the cosmetic, additional dealer add ons to the car ..that was mandatory for them to add on every new car. The Sales manager could not even msrp plus the cosmetic, additional dealer add ons to the car ..that was mandatory for them to add on every new car. The Sales manager could not even waive $75 ...we were willing leave the car there, but we already spent about 7 hours total on the lots, texts, e-mails, calls, and up to 4 hours driving looking for a car. That is not including the 3 days we had to wait to receive it. We love the car..hate the feeling we got messed over. Taken advantage of.. ripped-off. More
The salesmen could not commit to selling a new vehicle at MSRP, and instead chose to blame Gulf States Toyota for their pricing. If you want to add additional dealer markup - that is fine, but just own it. MSRP, and instead chose to blame Gulf States Toyota for their pricing. I was only given 1 key when I purchased my 2021 vehicle and have left message after message for various people regarding the situation for over a year with no response. I have asked twice for the phone nu and have left message after message for various people regarding the situation for over a year with no response. I have asked twice for the phone number or email address of the General Manager and was told no. Someone has the extra key and I want to know where it is. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this establishment again. More
