If you run into any troubling experiences, Mr James DOES want to hear about it and will work with you within reason. Mr James does read the reviews and will respond as long as facts are presented. A car purchase is a big purchase for the average person (not counting a house). Do your research. Be an informed consumer. More
To say James Toyota rocks is an understatement. I got the car I wanted. At the price I wanted to pay and got what I wanted for my trade-in. Rob, Andrew,Tom and Pete did a great job for me. took my 2010 for warranty assessment due to problems with the fuel filler door. Made an appointment the week before. It took them over 2 hours to look at the issue and I was told that a toyota rep would have the fuel filler door. Made an appointment the week before. I was also treated poorly by a person representing himself as the service manager when I questioned why this took 2+ hours. More

Went into the dealership in search of a new suv. I was not set on purchasing a Toyota, however their superb knowledge and customer service sold me on the brand. I felt not only valued as a customer, but a not set on purchasing a Toyota, however their superb knowledge and customer service sold me on the brand. I felt not only valued as a customer, but as though my wellbeing was considered as well. The salesperson was very understanding as to what my needs were in a vehicle. Pricing and features were very straightforward. I have had plenty of experience with dealerships through years of purchasing vehicles and this was one of the best sales people I have yet to come in to contact with. Beware. We signed a purchase agreement and agreed to come back the next morning to pick up the car. We were asked to give a refundable $500 deposit on our credit card. The next morning we were asked t come back the next morning to pick up the car. We were asked to give a refundable $500 deposit on our credit card. The next morning we were asked to sign a different purchase agreement which we were told was exactly the same, but it contained a charge for an additional item we had not agreed to. The salesperson took both copies of the sales agreement and never gave us one back. The $500 was not credited back to our credit card even though they took it and went through all the motions like they were giving us a credit. The odometer statement for the new car they gave us said 50 miles. The odometer on the car said 250 miles and we didn't notice this till after we took delivery of the car. The car was given to us with a scratch on the passenger side door which they said we would have to come back to have fixed. We are still trying to get them to fix it. We finally got a copy of the purchase agreement (but it is not the one we signed) after arguing with the sales manager who told us we didn't need one since we had a copy of the finance agreement. We finally got a refund of the $500 but we had to actually go back to the showroom and demand it. Our advice is buy your car anywhere else. More
