To my son and I Josh Landau seemed to go beyond being a salesman. He was so knowledgeable and reassured us we were getting the right car-We are first time Subaru buyers. Josh was such an amazing salesman for us. We had just lost our previous car in a bad accident, and we were tight on time because our insurance company would only fund our rental for so long. Josh was amazing enough to drive all the way to State College to pick up the one car he could find within a 300 mile radius that we would love. He had everything put through for us so we would be ready to go when it came time for delivery. When we were introduced to the car, he took extra time to explain the dashboard and make sure we were completely comfortable before we were ready to depart. I highly, HIGHLY recommend him. I had the pleasure of working with Josh in purchasing my new 2014 Subaru Forester. My initial contact with Josh was via email in response to me asking for a quote via the Subaru web site. Josh helped me new 2014 Subaru Forester. My initial contact with Josh was via email in response to me asking for a quote via the Subaru web site. Josh helped me determine what the best vehicle was to suit my needs - my wife and I stopped in on a very busy Saturday afternoon and Josh made himself available for as long as we needed. We did a test drive with the Forester, and Josh was very knowledgeable of the Forester and it's "bells and whistles". The best part was no pressure! Josh was laid back and answered all of our questions. We did not make a purchase decision that Saturday, but we did call Josh late on Saturday evening to set up an appointment for Monday morning. Our meeting with Josh on Monday was very pleasant - we quickly came to an agreement both on the trade in and the price for the new car. Josh exemplifies professionalism and a sincere desire to satisfy his customers - qualities that are getting to be rare these days. On delivery day we met with Josh and he spent all the time we needed going over the features of the vehicle, making sure we understood them. He introduced us around the dealership, took us into the Service area (which was wow! Clean!) and gave us general information on what to expect for service going forward.
