The vehicle they had was priced very competitively and had all the options down to the color that I wanted. So even though I live in SC and the car was located in PA I figured I would give them a call. I first spoke with Keith Butler about the vehicle late in the day on Saturday. After thinking it over and deciding to move forward on the vehicle I called Keith back Monday on his personal phone number that he gave me. Well it ended up being Keith's day off and instead of brushing me off he made sure I got the answers I needed and pointed me in the right direction. I was later called by Jonathan Denny (John) with the follow up answers to the questions I had asked Keith earlier. I explained to both salesmen that I would be coming all the way from SC and that it was very important to me that every inch of the car was inspected and that every detail of the deal be worked out before I flew over 600 miles to purchase. After John test drove the vehicle and inspected it he explained to me the condition of the car and that I would not be disappointed. I told him I was going to think on it over night and let him know what I was going to do the next day. Well I decided to move forward on the purchase of the vehicle and John spoke with his manager Evan Perreault about arranging transportation to pick me up from Philadelphia from the airport since I would be flying in. Evan gave him the ok and even spoke with me and reassured me that everything was as John told me. Wednesday the Subaru team made sure everthing was good to go with my financing company and gave me the go ahead to purchase my plane ticket to fly up there. So Friday morning I arrived in Philadelphia only to be greated by my driver Al who I must say was the most courteous and professional gentleman that I've done business with. Al drove me to the dealership which is about an hour away from the airport which was a surprise that the dealership would even send someone that far to pick me up. Once arriving at the dealership I was greated by John and asked if I needed anything and made sure I was comfortable. After looking at the vehicle and test driving it I was relieved that the car was in the condition that was described to me (excellent condition). John had everthing in order and streamed line the process to where I was only at the dealership for a short time. Evan spoke with me and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction and if there was anything else that he could do. I told him how very pleased I was with his sales team and my overall experience with them. I've been apart of so many of the old used car dealer tactics and schemes and by far Fred Beans Subaru was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone I worked with was incredibly professional and friendly even the finance department was great. So after everything was done I set out in my new car to SC for an eleven hour trip home and I can honestly say I would do it again. The guys even called me on my trip home and made sure everything was going alright. So huge thanks to everyone who was apart of making my car buying experience as excellent as it was. More

To my son and I Josh Landau seemed to go beyond being a salesman. He was so knowledgeable and reassured us we were getting the right car-We are first time Subaru buyers. Josh was such an amazing salesman for us. We had just lost our previous car in a bad accident, and we were tight on time because our insurance company would only fund our rental for so long. We only a few days and knew what car we were looking for. Josh was amazing enough to drive all the way to State College to pick up the one car he could find within a 300 mile radius that we would love. He had everything put through for us so we would be ready to go when it came time for delivery. When we were introduced to the car, he took extra time to explain the dashboard and make sure we were completely comfortable before we were ready to depart. I highly, HIGHLY recommend him.
