I had an amazing experience with Fred Beans purchasing my new 2023 KIA Niro SX-Touring in runway red. While many other dealers are charring thousands and thousands over MSRP Fred Beans did not. They were hon new 2023 KIA Niro SX-Touring in runway red. While many other dealers are charring thousands and thousands over MSRP Fred Beans did not. They were honest and far with their pricing and did not try to use and sales tactics on us. In fact, they were able to provide us with incentives to purchase our new Niro. Sometime this winter we will be in the market for another KIA and Fred Beans will be our only stop. If you are in the market for a Kia or any of the brands that Fred Beans offers, I would recommend giving them a try. Also never forget all of the dealers that wanted to charge well over MSRP and avoid them even when the market corrects itself. Raceway Kia tried to charge me a " market adjustment of 5000". I will tell everyone I can to avoid at all costs. More

I had a great experience at Fred Beans KIA in Langhorne. Also known as Fred Beans KIA. Go anywhere else, trust me, We have leased several cars from Fred Beans dealerships and all are exceptional except this clown college. Need 1 quick example? Ok my oldest Daughter leased a new Forte from here, several months in -the steering wheel was making a loud noise on a Saturday, now we live about 50 minutes away but my daughter was going to be in langhorne Monday to work so she called at 8 am on Monday morning and asked if she could stop by so someone could listen to the noise and let her know if safe to drive, and she would make an appointment at that time to get fixed. She was told there’s nobody in today don’t stop by. Long story short after that great piece of customer service she makes an appointment finds out steering wheel needs a part ordered… after several months she gets a call and six emails that the part is in and to make an appointment to get installed. She takes off work brings car in at 7:30 am and is told they’ll need the car until 4pm. At 4 pm they call her and tell her part box was empty she’ll need to come and get car and make another appointment and a third day off work, we call the dealership manager Anthony- he’s apologetic and can’t believe this is happening so he says once part is found he’ll send a loaner car to our house for her to take to work and have the driver drive her car back to the dealer in langhorne to get fixed. The loaner car was left in front of our house locked up tight, really the driver from the dealership left with her forte and the keys to the loaner, we called Anthony emailed and called the dealership all morning but got nothing but background music. Oh and at the end of the day when they returned her car … her gas tank was on E ( she had a full tank when they picked it up) and that my friends is one of the better experiences we’ve had at this place. Never ever going there again, my daughter who loves her Forte says she’ll never lease a Kia again because of this dealership. You’ve been warned. More
Haha what a joke Kia of Langhorne, PA is first of all we have a 2016 Kia Sorrento that we purchased from Kia of Langhorne our third Kia from this dealership. 98k miles later we needed the engine replaced have a 2016 Kia Sorrento that we purchased from Kia of Langhorne our third Kia from this dealership. 98k miles later we needed the engine replaced so Kia gladly replaced the engine. We asked Kia to get the car appraisal so we could decide if we want to train in towards a new vehicle at Kia. They said our car is worth $1500 bucks what a joke I have a 20 yr old mustang GT that got more money from Kelly BB. We will keep the car and deal with another car dealership thanks but no thanks Kia and Fred Beans of Langhorne. More

Our experience was highlighted by Mr.Gainer's friendly and knowledgeable assistance and Mr.Battin's expertise in effectuating a highly satisfactory purchase followed by great financing! KUDOS TO FRED BEANS KIA!!!" - Submitted on or around 10/21/2019 The above comments with Five stars were provided to GOOGLE right after the purchase of a "Certified" Kia Sportage. At the time of said purchase, we were given what was described as "We Owe" items consisting of (1) one touch up paint and (1) one Navigation SD card for the vehicle since the navigation system was not working due to a "missing" SD card for same.. As of today, AND after numerous ignored phone calls and completely unprofessional handling of the above "We Owe" promised items, we are forced to change our 10/21 review and will be contacting the Kia Customer Service directly to rescue us from having to deal with this "dealership". FRED BEANS KIA's after sale "service" is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! We have not been able to use the navigational app feature in our $25,000 SPORTAGE SX model since 10/21/2019! More
