Requested work was never done Called one day prior and Scheduled an appointment for the next day at 8:45am. Got a confirmation email of my appointment. Dropped off my car the night beberlo and requested repairs on two recalls, oil change and tire rotation. On the drop off form wrote down car needed AM. It was way past noon so I decided to call them, guess what? My car was not being work on. Ask to speak with supervisor "Jim" who informs me that they are just starting to whorl on my car. I let him know that I had a 8:45am appointment. He answered that he doesn't see it. So he promise to get the car done in two hours, guess what he call me back at 5:15pm, I happen to be busy with client so coundt pick up his call and my voice mail was full. I called back at 5:20 ask to speak with him. Guess what he's gone for the day. Got transfer to the sales manager and I explained the situation and told him that this makes not want to buy a car from them again he responds "good to know that" he call me back 15 minutes later and notifies me that my car is ready. I asked what time was the latest Jcan pick up the car because I will be in the area past 8pm. and if he can leave the keys under the carpet. He responds "you left a bitter taste on me so I don't feel comfortable doing that and litetlatly hang up on me. Got there 8:10pm picked up the car and requested for paperwork. They didn't have it. More

Return of existing lease and start of a new one. I leased a new Kia in 2013 from Fred Beans. The staff was fantastic, they worked with me until I was satisfied with the numbers. I returned to Fred Beans (new management) twice within the past months and each time walked away disappointed. The first time I was shown a pre-owned vehicle that was damaged. Then I discussed a new Forte EX lease but never got numbers or saw one to test drive as none were available. I was shown an LX model but didn't care for it. I gave them a second chance and returned a month later only to leave disappointed again as I wasn't satisfied with their numbers on an LX model not EX model. I then notified the General Mgr that I wouldn't be coming back and nothing was done to encourage me to return to retain my business. Dealerships nowadays go above and beyond to earn new customers as well as retain existing ones. I guess Fred Beans doesn't care. More

I had, what I thought, was a crazy end of the month deal in place for the car and was told via the phone "yes, come down we can get very close to what you want to pay per month for your lease." Get to dealership only to find out that my request was unreasonable and miles apart from where they could get to. Don't lie to me and think that by making me sit for 2 hours I will cave and take a deal that I am not budgeted for. Nice staff, aside from the sales manager who thought I knew nothing about leasing. Will not visit again and I suggest all of you in New Jersey do the same - no honesty. More
Never Again I attempted to purchase a used vehicle at this dealership, and not only did that not occur, it was one of the absolute worst experiences I have ever h I attempted to purchase a used vehicle at this dealership, and not only did that not occur, it was one of the absolute worst experiences I have ever had. Given that my financial situation was less than perfect, I did not have high expectations, but was assured on the phone that these people could help me. The resulting visit, which did not produce a sale of any kind, was a completely humiliating and dehumanizing experience that I would not wish on anybody. I was essentially accused of being a liar, and the management "people" made no effort whatsoever to find a situation that would work for me despite the fact that I had stated that I was in a critical need situation. I would not recommend a visit to this dealership under any circumstances whatsoever, and I will, of course, never set foot there again personally. By the way, a week after this experience, I had a totally different one elsewhere and am now the proud owner of a brand new Hyundai Veloster. More
