As a follow-up to my March 8, 2024 review: After having my car serviced at Fred Beans Jeep for new brakes and a water pump replacement, my car was returned to me with minor front end damage. After speaking to GM Jeffrey Reed, he took accountability and offered to make the repair. I am happy that we were able to get this issue resolved. I have always been happy with the service provided by the Fred Beans family of dealerships for my day and collectible Chevrolet and Jeep vehicles. Car was detailed before I drove an hour to see it. Team was accommodating and also understanding towards my picky requests. Before I came over to Doylestown, I requested detailed pictures of specific areas - Jason submitted them to me within minutes! It is also worth to mention that Jason stayed 4 hours over his working shift to accommodate me and facilitate the sale. When I visited Kelly Dodge in Allentown several times in the past - they were not interested in selling any cars. Experience at Fred Beans in Doylestown was totally opposite - sales team was not pushy and I was left alone with the vehicle to make a decision. My family purchased a 2021 a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid in February 2021. Less than a year into ownership, the engine is making an awful grinding sound, so much so we are afraid to even drive it. Fred Beans told us they were booked for over a month in advance and wouldn’t be able to help us but we could drop the car off. However, they wouldn’t even give us a loaner car until they are able to look at it. That would leave us without a car for over a month. This is an 11 month old car with a severe grinding noise in the engine. If we take it anywhere else outside of Chrysler, it voids the warranty. We are afraid to drive it as is because what If driving makes the issue worse? Then what? I have never been so disgusted by customer service. This car is virtually brand new. This dealership will take your money for a car, but don’t expect any type of customer service after they have your money. More

Bob was great with giving me advice as well as advising me on what to ask and look out for at another dealer I wa decent auto sales person should be! His guidance was spot on as the other dealer showed their true colors when they sold the car I had a deposit on within 18 hours if me seeing it! Although I found and purchased my vehicle elsewhere (only because Bob's inventory did not have what I needed) I know that when my husband it's ready for his next vehicle in a few months, Bob will be the one we contact.
