After having my tires rotated and purchase a new tire, they forgot to tighten them and wanted to charge me for additional balancing . The attitude in the service technician has always. Went to buy a denali pick up. They said I was approved. They wanted my trade in but it was home. Just completely disappointed in so many aspects. For my original lease I had to threaten to walk out before they would come back with a reasonable price. I was getting close to being over my mileage on the lease near the end so I tried multiple times to work a deal for a new vehicle and they just couldn’t show me any value. Took the sales person (Brian Kelly) multiple contacts through phone calls, emails etc. to even call me back. Finally I set an appointment and said we are buying/leasing a car today no matter what…you guys can work with us or we will go elsewhere. After 90 mins of jerking us around we left, went to a different dealership and leased a vehicle. I recommend not wasting your time here and going to a dealership that actually cares about their customers. Can’t even understand how this type of mentality exists in a sales world. Don’t even get me started about their service department, suffice to say avoid at all costs. More
The SUV has problems upshifting when shifting to accelerate. I have to give it a lot of gas, otherwise, the car "lurches" continually. Horrible experience trying to purchase a car from online. Was told by the first salesman that "its saturday and we're busy so I dont have time right now to do a video walk around of the car. I called back 3 hours later and asked for any salesman that could get the walk around done so we could put a deposit down. Long story short, we spent most of Saturday getting a video walk around and video test drive with a salesman. First thing Monday we wired a $30,000 deposit. Tuesday was the 4th of July and on Wednesday I get a call from the sales manager that they sold the car out from under us.!!!! They received my deposit on Monday morning and still sold to someone else. I recommend saving yourself a lot of wasted time and trip to your bank to arrange a wire transfer and just buy from a different dealership. These people are ridiculous and unprofessional. What a terrible way to conduct business. More

just nowNEW-Edit SERVICE DEPARTMENT - MUST READ - TERRIBLE and TRUE- Multiple times I have been there I have had issues with the service department causing a problem and then the service department d TERRIBLE and TRUE- Multiple times I have been there I have had issues with the service department causing a problem and then the service department denying any responsibility. The 1st time was them servicing my driver's seat that would slightly shift during turns. After they looked at it and did whatever, the collision warning system would constantly give me errors because they accidently pinched the wire to the seat buzz motor. I reported it and they continued to tell me it was a bad motor. Even after I pointed out the crimped and damaged wire from where under the seat. I saw where it was crimped and smashed. I stopped in and showed Ken, the asst service manager, and he said next time I bring it in, they will take care of it. So, I scheduled an oil change that I normally wouldn't do there, and then they wouldn't fix it. Ken told me that they would also rotate the tires as part of the service. I told him not to because I just got new tires a few months ago so it didn't need it. Well they did it anyway, and now the tire pressure monitoring system doesn't work. He told me the battery on one of them went bad. But all of them don't work. I told him not to touch it. But they did. They deny it is their fault and won't have any accountability. Another time, I brought the car there, and when I got it back, I had a dead battery from their parking lot. I had to jump it to get it home from the dealership. They told me I had a bad battery. I never had a problem with the battery before. I have worked with plenty of batteries I used to be a mechanic and have worked on numerous cars and know how they work. Funny how after they serviced it, it went bad. As if the mechanic left the accessories, or door open, or whatever. They wanted to charge me hundred to replace the battery. I did it myself. This service department is terrible and doesn't have any accountability. Either way. I strongly recommend not going here. They care about bottom line and not customer satisfaction. Never accept any responsibility. It's maddening. Deny, deny, deny. Here are the pictures - I never had these alerts before I went in there. Now I have to deal with these annoying alerts. Disgraceful. We purchased a beautiful Z4 w/ 40K miles from Fred Beans in Sept of 2021. My wife absolutely loves the car, we took it to our local BMW dealership for service after 1,800 miles of driving. The BMW dealership found metal in the oil and recommended selling the car or replacing the engine (over $10K). I called Fred Beans and was told "there is nothing we can do, since you didn't buy the service plan".... Nothing, no help at all, we drove a $25,000 car for 1,800 miles and it detonates. I would expect that level of treatment from a sleazy used car dealer, not one w/ the reputation of Fred Beans.....amazing More
