I just wanted to point out the poor level of service I was given on Friday the 20th of July. My appointment was for 12.50, for which I arrived on time. I patiently waited as my wipers were replaced and my car was serviced. At about 430 I got restless as I had an appointment to make. I pushed for my invoice so I could pay, get my car and leave. I was asked to wait. Then I paid. Funny how, you managed to get payment faster than anything else. After I paid I was told to wait outside for my car to pull up. I did this for a while, and nothing. I went back in, more frustrated only to be told that my keys had been lost. So I waited, giving it one last last to get out of there in time. Alas, my keys were not found. I should have not even waited that long as I had so many occurrences of bad service. I missed an appointment to see a house that I was planning for the future, and I was left car less. They then set me up with Enterprise and assured me I wouldn't have to pay. Enterprise has charged my card, and I had to pay for gas. My whole day was wasted, and I had to leave to go out of town that night. I could not, because I was told that the rental needed to be brought back at Toyotas time as they would only pay for a day. This is the worst serviceI have ever gotten anywhere! Not only was I mistreated as a customer, little regard was given to my time and my conveniences. Above all, I had to pay for services I should NOT have paid for. Needless to say, I will not be coming back for any services or even sales. It was pathetic effort, and Fred Anderson only seems concerned with money! More
I brought my car in to the "Family Store" for service. I was surprised how this place was run. There was no rhyme or reason to how they checked in customers. I have to wait 15 mins to even talk t service. I was surprised how this place was run. There was no rhyme or reason to how they checked in customers. I have to wait 15 mins to even talk to anyone. I explained what the problem was and he explained what the process would be. About an hour later I was told my car needed a steering rack. I asked if I could take a look at it with the tech. As I am heading back all you can hear is cursing from other people yelling at one another. As I am looking at my car with the tech I can't help but over hear some one saying"Wow look at that another steering rack". I let the tech finish explaining to me the problem he sees and what needs to be done. As I head back to the front i was told the cost to fix the steering rack but never got a price on fixing my original complaint. The people in the shop should be more careful when customers are around. I was happy with Ryan but everything else was terrible. More
For the first time in 2 years of good service, Fred Anderson Toyota made a little error by not taking me in order. I simply asked Tim what his name was. He said he was Charley. Honestly why? At the en Anderson Toyota made a little error by not taking me in order. I simply asked Tim what his name was. He said he was Charley. Honestly why? At the end I went to my very dirty car and simply went back in to mention I had not received the free car wash. Shockingly the service manager came out, looked at the trunk,,,saw some splahed water and insisted that it had been cleaned. I pointed out grime..was told that the free car wash was minimal anyway. I asked for a car wash which I got. After the "minimal" car wash, my 2010 Camry was sparkling clean..so I pointed this out to George who got angry. He decided that I was definitely wrong...and instead of admitting ..yes the car is now clean..he said I called hime a name! I had said he was misled.. The smallness of these problems lead me to worry. You know..when folks appear deceitful about small things....can I trust them when it comes to big things? More
If you are thinking of buying a car here,DON"T. The service is horrible. I've had my RAV 4 in repeatedly for problems. Funny how some of the problems never appear in my customer history. Last time the service is horrible. I've had my RAV 4 in repeatedly for problems. Funny how some of the problems never appear in my customer history. Last time they stated they couldn't recreate the problem I was having when they took my car for a road test. Strange that my speedometer had exactly the same mileage when I picked it up that it had when I dropped it off. The car had not been driven even 1/10th of a mile. Repeatedly I have called and left messages for the service manager and my calls have never been returned. I even went as far as to contact corporate Toyota for help. Nothing! Sad thing is I love the car but I'm scared to death I will accidentally hit someone when the car lunges or rolls backwards again. Maybe when someone is physically injured I will get a response from Fred Anderson but I am not holding my breath. If you have your heart set on a Toyota, DON'T buy from Fred Anderson! More
The second Toyota I purchased from Fred Anderson was a 2006 Corolla. No problems until a few months ago when the engine began shutting off while in motion. I had less than 50k miles on it at the time. 2006 Corolla. No problems until a few months ago when the engine began shutting off while in motion. I had less than 50k miles on it at the time. Took it to Fred Anderson's service department after making a few visual inspections myself, as well as discovering an upcoming recall for the ECM. The symptoms of the recall included.. wait for it.. engine stall while driving. I made sure my service advisor, Wellman Munoz, was aware of this recall when I first dropped the car off. He called me later to let me know that their tech had called Toyota for help, and based on the codes in the car's computer I needed to replace all four ignition coils. I mistakenly trusted their judgment and two weeks afterward, my car cut off on me AGAIN while driving. If this service department had been looking out for a repeat customer, they should have replaced the ECM first. Now I'm out $650 and still trying to get it back. The service manager, Charles Sigmon, told me to try to get my money back from Toyota. This would have been an acceptable answer if the ignition coils had fixed this serious safety issue! Instead, the ECM fixed it, just as I suggested in the first place. Fred Anderson has seen the last of me. I'll never be able to trust their service department and I will not purchase vehicles there again. More
I love toyota; I told Gary hat I wanted and the price range I could afford; within a week, he called. I gave the same option to the Sanford dealer and no one ever called. Gary not only found one to cho range I could afford; within a week, he called. I gave the same option to the Sanford dealer and no one ever called. Gary not only found one to choose, but two to pick from. He was not a high pressure sales man and allowed me to take my time to decide. I think the price could have been lower, but I still love my truck. (2006 limited Tundra; Black) More

I also enjoy being able to relax before I get on the shuttle with coffer, water, or tea, etc. The service-waiting area is alway very clean and inviting. Recently I came in to the service area fora new battery for my car and even though the service area was very busy the new battery was install very quickly and I was able to be on my way without skipping a beat.
