I'd like to thank Chivas Porter, assistant service manager, for being so amazing. He has been taking care of both our vehicles for several years and has never failed to impress. Our truck was towed to the dealership the night before, and when I called Chivas in the morning with a list of issues that needed his attention, he assured me that everything would be resolved and made me feel so relaxed. When the work was completed, I was not disappointed. Chivas was again the knowledgeable professional who always treats me with respect. In a world where excellent service is a diminishing commodity, Chivas breaks that mold. Thanks so much. I would also like to thank Paul Melnick, technician, for his exceptional mechanical expertise in making both our Toyotas run like tops. He is also extremely patient and never condescending when talking with me about some of the concerns I have had with our vehicles. I really appreciate that.
