Mr. Hepler, thank you for your review. On the recorded call Frank had mentioned if something was hit and you got very irritated and started yelling and hung up. Frank tried calling back but you would not answer. For a vehicle that was only 2 days old it had a hit on the bumper that was lined up with the condenser. We just now looked up Toyotas internal records where warranties have to be submitted. The dealer you took it back to, submitted the O ring was blown out and that's completelyfalse, it was the clamp that held the line. We do not submit fraudulentwarranty claims to be paid on. I'm sure the dealer there did it because you purchased your vehicle there but we are in the business to do things the right and honest way. Mr. Tortora, I understand the frustration about making the drive to our location. Most of the time we are perfectly fine with topping off fluids. However if we feel as if we are putting customers in a bad position or putting the dealership in a position of liability we will certainly communicate that. Our customers have come to expect and appreciate that level of service from us. If you decide that you would just like the coolant topped off I am happy to give you the coolant to do with as you please. Fantastic 24hrs later and 50 mile round trip and i should drive another 25 miles so you can give me coolant " to do whatever i please" Im still low on coolant and i would never use ur dealership and you are a lame excuse for a GM for not topping my car off yesterday while i was there.
