Scratch on new car Purchased a new Corolla from Fred Anderson after we came home I noticed a small scratch on the passenger back panel. I called our salesman Mark Searcy Purchased a new Corolla from Fred Anderson after we came home I noticed a small scratch on the passenger back panel. I called our salesman Mark Searcy he had me bring the car back to the dealership at my convenience. I brought the car back, he took it to have an estimate and to make the appointment to have the scratch taken care of. I returned the following Tuesday, he had the paperwork for the loaner car gave me the keys and I was out of the dealership in minutes! I do like efficiency and Mark is efficient. He called when the car was finished and had filled the gas tank and the scratch was taken care of! I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and ask for Mark Searcy; you will receive outstanding customer service. More
