Yesterday went for our 20,000 MLS service and it was painless from beginning to end. I arrived at the service department without an appointment and spoke to Leroy. Very nice guy with great costumer service skills. He explained exactly what the service was going to be and gave me a time indication as to when I could expect the car to be done. I received a phonecall as soon as my car was done without being rushed to pick it up. When I arrived for pick up Leroy had everything ready to go. He knew who I was and explained what was done to the car. I'm aware that this may not seem like a big deal as far as the vehicle service itself goes but the costumer interaction is definitely a great example of how it should be. This place understands that costumer service goes a long way and the "after purchase" experience is just a important if not more so than the purchase experience itself. After visiting Toyota dealerships allover the world while being active duty, I can definitely say that this dealership is top notch. More

He is service manager what a way to handle complaints. He is a pure well I cannot say here but you get my drift, and does not even answer his phone. Took 2 calls to get manager and it rang and rang for service, operator would answer calls. what a bad dealership, no service, no follow up and does not care for there customers. Sad in this day such a dealership exist. More

Horrible service I made an appointment for 6:30am, the earliest appointment they had. When I arrived on time, my car was taken back. After waiting an hour and a half I I made an appointment for 6:30am, the earliest appointment they had. When I arrived on time, my car was taken back. After waiting an hour and a half I walked up toward the entrance and saw my car ready. I figured I'd test and see how long it took for them to come get me. After another 15 minutes I received a call from Charles Bruggerman, all he said when I answered the phone was "your car is ready" without verifying who I am or anything else. They didn't even come to check the waiting room because my fiancee and I were sitting clearly on a sofa. Overall horrible service for what should be an easy quick service, when I'm a Toyota care member. Avoid this dealership at all costs!!!!! More
