I noticed that the GPS display froze and reset about every ten or fifteen minutes. Also, my key faub never worked from the beginning even with a battery replacement. Matt scheduled me an appointment with the service department. After running a diagnostic the service department informed me of a software update for my car that would cost me a 60$ plus dollar fee for an update that my 160 point inspection said was already installed. As for the key faub they wanted to charge me 335$ for a replacement because the battery was supposedly drained by a short. The 160 point inspection also states two master keys are present. I immediately text Matt Worlock to see if there was anything he could do considering I've had the vehicle less than two months. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much help but I was completely wrong. True to his word Matt had my back. After talking with the service department all my issues were corrected free of charge thus providing me with a true 160 point inspection. IF YOU GO TO FRED ANDERSON GET MATT WORLOCK. At a bulk dealership it is important that you work with a salesman who is true to his word. I was lucky and got Matt; you should too! Thanks also to Andy in the service department for being so flexible and honest. More

I brought my car in on September 21, 2017 to be serviced because my car was using too much gas. My 19 gallon tank was only taking me under 250 miles. As of today, December 4, 2017, my car is still not fixed. My father, who has a progressive illness, knew that he could no longer take care of my car. Dad has seven daughters-and has always taken care of my car. I know absolutely nothing about cars. Dad has been a loyal customer of this dealership for over 20 years and he has bought over 5 cars from the dealership, including the one that I was trying to have fixed. Dad told the dealership that he wante them to go over my car with a fine tooth comb-no matter what the cost-and make sure everything in the car is in perfect working condition-including filling all fluids. When they were finished, he told them to just call him-and he would pay the bill-however much the cost-he wanted everything fixed. Dad told me, before he left the dealership that he was sorry that he could no longer take care of my car/but he is entrusting the dealership to take care of me-and he told me to only deal with Chivas Porter. Dad told me that Chivas was the only one in there who was honest and had integrity. I promised my dad that I would do as he asked, while I was crying. On September 21, the dealership charged Dad $800 and told him that everything was fine and in perfect working order-alll fluids filled. No worries. My father was at peace. I drove home, only to realize that the issue was not fixed. I went back numerous times showing Andy my receipt from gas station of how many gallons I filled tank. A picture of odometer with gas on Full and picture of gas with odometer with Empty light on. I even wrote on each page how many miles each tank received. All one had to do was subtract the odometer number from Full from number on the odometer when Empty light was on to find how many miles each 19 gallon tank of gas was receiving. The numbers were way off: 161 miles, 232 miles, 202 miles... Andy told me that the mileage was normal for my Camry. I said, "no, it is not", and I showed him a sheet I had printed from the Toyota website that said a Toyota Camry should be getting 28.2 combined miles and 476 combined miles. Andy then yelled at me and told me that the.odometer was not even used to count miles. I realized at this point-that I was finished, and I asked Andy to please return all of the documentation that I had just shown him. Andy turned around and had to search for all of my documentation, which he had individually crumbled into small ball from the bottom of his trash can. More
