Great service here made up for bad service elsewhere I bought my 2018 Toyota Prius in another city at a dealership where the service and followup resulted in a truly unpleasant experience. I was able to have the equipment ordered at the first facility installed quickly after a missing tool was sent overnight., thanks to Heather Goodrich's extra efforts. And on the day of my first appointment, even though the installation could not be done as planned, James Lindsey of the sales dept spent 1 1/2 hours with me, patiently explaining how to operate and become more comfortable with all the car's features and answering every question.
