Excellent Service Department I have had a relationship with Fred Anderson Toyota for years, most recently having purchased my 2014 4Runner. Without a doubt, they are by far the mo I have had a relationship with Fred Anderson Toyota for years, most recently having purchased my 2014 4Runner. Without a doubt, they are by far the most knowledgeable and most welcoming folks that you will come across. It goes beyond jut selling you a car. You expect those guys to be "accommodating", but the Service department is staffed with people you can trust. At once they make you feel safe, and that they are going to do everything they can to not only make it a pleasant experience, but also a speedy one. Though I have worked with many of the advisors, I am just now realizing that I can 'review' them. On this last visit, I was taken care of by Andy Andrews. A happy, extremely polite, sincere gentleman with whom I felt confident that the needs of my car, and nothing more, would be met. He didn't try to sell me anything. He honored the Family Plan that I have in place, and reviewed the maintenance that will be upcoming upon my next few visits. Great for this single mom to be able to budget as needed.
