I asked for a recommendation of where to eat lunch {I drove almost 2 hours to get to your service center} and she recommended a delicious Irish place a 3 minute walk away. Thus I barely noticed the wait time as I was enjoying lunch. The mechanic sent me an easy to hear video review of his thorough check, with the stats {though I don't know what the numbers mean lol}. All in all, a positive experience supporting my choice to purchse my car from Anderson Toyota & drive 2 hours each way for service. Thank You! More

Chivas is the first employee I have dealt with in years who actually took the time to explain things to me and treated me as a human and not a purse. The rest of the employees in the service department co who actually took the time to explain things to me and treated me as a human and not a purse. The rest of the employees in the service department could all benefit from following Chavis’s lead as he is Fred Anderson’s gem and a true asset. The service shop and Fred Anderson on the other hand is disappointing at best. You nickel and dime for everything. You do unnecessary work without prior approval. I have had numerous issues with Fred Anderson over my 10 years of being their customer and will not be using them anymore for anything other than my free oil changes which really are not free. I’ve been a loyal customer and only ever had a service or any work done on my vehicle at this location and you would think I was a beggar off of the streets asking for change. I requested my locks be looked at as my key fob was not locking nor unlocking my doors as well as not working from my door panel unless the car was cranked. I suspected it was a blown fuse or an issue with my ECU and not an actuator issue as none of the doors were working to include my rear door. They immediately told me it was a key fob issue and recommended a new key be cut and chip be made which is BIG money. Luckily I knew it was not a fob issue and asked chevis to ask the foreman to investigate further. They wanted to then charge me an additional $350 to investigate further which would only be to diagnose not to fix. I’m so disappointed in them and unfortunately this was the final straw for me. Thankfully Chavis voided the initial $105 diagnosis as I was never given an official diagnosis. More
Everyone is always, very friendly and helpful. They listen and follow up. I have used other dealerships in the past but none have taken as good of care in getting my vehicles serviced and back on They listen and follow up. Maverick has assisted me each time and has always been honest and straight forward. Also, their service videos are awesome! It’s nice to be virtually walked through and shown any issues your vehicle may have. They describe why things aren’t an issue too. Thanks for providing such excellent service. More
