Excellent personal service I had made an appointment for a regular maintenance service. Shatara Irons-Dale offered to help me within seconds of my entering the office after leav I had made an appointment for a regular maintenance service. Shatara Irons-Dale offered to help me within seconds of my entering the office after leaving my car in the service area. This was the second time Shatara had handled my service appointment. She was extremely helpful, reviewed the work that was to be done, checked to see that I knew where to wait, and wasted no time getting my car in line. About 15 minutes later, I remembered that I had a doctor's appointment in 2 hours, and I had been told that my wait was estimated to be 90 minutes to 2 hours. I went and told Shakara. She was very nice and said that she would check on the progress of my car. There were a LOT of cars in for service that day, so I knew that getting my car finished in time would be a challenge. I was blessed that I had Shakara to look out for me. She came to where I was waiting and working and updated me three different times. It took only an hour for my car to be finished, including a carwash. I hope that Fred Anderson Toyota Service Dept. realizes what an asset they have in Shakara. I will plan ahead to have her take care of future appointments. I appreciate Shakara's friendliness, efficiency, and responsibility. More

We My wife and I recently relocated to Charleston from Florida. We both have Toyota’s so we were in search of somewhere to get our vehicles serviced. We settled on this dealership due to location and online reviews. The reviews were certainly not a reflection of the service we received, we both have had service issues on separate occasions with two different vehicles now. This was very disappointing considering the awesome service we received from the dealership we purchased our vehicles from in Florida. We will now be looking for another Toyota dealership to take our vehicles to for service and in the future new car purchases. More
