Wow, a GREAT service experience at a dealership is possible! I had originally set up a service appointment online for the morning of New Years Eve 2018 at the competing dealer that is closer to my home. Upon arr I had originally set up a service appointment online for the morning of New Years Eve 2018 at the competing dealer that is closer to my home. Upon arrival there, customers were lining up in the drive waiting to be checked in by a service writer with a clipboard. I immediately drove to Fred Anderson where I was greeted by John, one of the many service writers all with individual computer terminals. John was willing to assist me in any way possible even though I had no appointment. Thanks to John and technician Mark, my vehicle was serviced in less than an hour and I was on my way able to enjoy the holiday. The service area, customer lounge, and showroom were all immaculate and every aspect of the dealership appeared to be well managed. I have purchased two brand new vehicles from Fred Anderson Toyota and will never consider having either of them maintained by any other dealership following the superior experience on my first service visit. The staff could not have done anything more to make someone who is usually very apprehensive about dealership service departments like me feel confident that my vehicle was in capable hands. More

I had no intention of purchasing another Toyota Vehicle on 12/19/18, I was actually headed to the Infinity dealership to trade in my 4RUNNER16 but I had to pick my husband up from the Service Department after dropping off his Tundra and I was just looking around and I walked in the showroom and there was my New Camry unbeknownst to me at that moment😀😀....if it wasn’t for those two ladies with their EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service I would have made the biggest mistake of my life by NOT purchasing another Toyota Vehicle, when I know that is what I have driven for the last 15 years and I have NEVER had an issue with any of my Toyota Vehicles😀😀😀.
