Service and repair I have had several trips within a short timeframe for the same issue. David the service manager, spoke to myself and my husband about the issue. He addressed every concern and made sure we had a rental while the vehicle was in the shop. He updated me frequently. He went above and beyond to be sure we were happy and satisfied. The shop foreman personally worked on the vehicle to be sure it was fixed correctly. These two men are the reason we will continue our business with Fred Anderson.
