Service and repair I have had several trips within a short timeframe for the same issue. David the service manager, spoke to myself and my husband about the issue. He ad I have had several trips within a short timeframe for the same issue. David the service manager, spoke to myself and my husband about the issue. He addressed every concern and made sure we had a rental while the vehicle was in the shop. He updated me frequently. He went above and beyond to be sure we were happy and satisfied. The shop foreman personally worked on the vehicle to be sure it was fixed correctly. These two men are the reason we will continue our business with Fred Anderson. They definitely deserve recognition for a job well done! More

Buying a used car The reason for our visit was..we came in for an oil change and as we were waiting we met Amy. We were not looking to trade cars at this time. We explained the next car we wanted would have Captains's chairs in the second row. That opened the door and Amy's quick response led us to the Sienna. She suggested we walk around the lot and look at some used Sienna's. We were next approached by Chris Jennings. He was such an friendly, informative young man, not pushy but listened to our needs and questions. Because of our age, we were only interested in Used Cars. Sometimes it takes a village to sell and make the experience of buying a great experience and Chris and his team finished the job and we are very please with our used 2018 Sienna. I highly recommend Chris Jennings at Fred Anderson Toyota of Summerville. More

The technician called the parts department at Fred Anderson Toyota to verify the pric On 3/11/2019 I scheduled upholstery repairs at Brendt Brothers. The technician called the parts department at Fred Anderson Toyota to verify the price of the parts that was quoted earlier. At that time the parts tech discovered the price of one of the part was a lot higher than previous quoted. The manager was advised of this mistake but sold the part to me at the original price.
