My truck wasn't working earlier this month, and I left my keys with Jowaine Bookal, knowing that he would take care of me. Later that day he called me, and showed me that everything was working and running r keys with Jowaine Bookal, knowing that he would take care of me. Later that day he called me, and showed me that everything was working and running right. He is an awesome salesman who treats me like family and gets rid of the headache that a trip to the dealership can cause. I will be back in a few weeks for my oil change and I know Jowaine will take care of me once again. He always has a big smile on his face with outstanding energy that I've never seen before at a dealership. He does great work and I highly recommend him to anyone out there. More
We typically have a wonderful experience at this dealership, we have purchased 2 cars and gotten all of our service done there. My experience today, however, was disappointing and confusing. I was told that even though I live 13 miles out that it should be fine if the shuttle takes me, I had someone watching my child based on the assumption I was coming home. They weren’t able to accommodate and I adapted the plan and stayed to fix my car. The person that initially greets me informed me of that and said the technician RJ would come by and get me started. RJ never connected and I needed to inform them that my tire kept going flat and that I was concerned about the fluids due to an unusual sound the day before. An hour and a half later I got a brief, unhelpful video telling me my tires were fine and my brakes were good. No one had ever connected with me. I went to go to the technician to see what work needed to be done. He immediately became defensive as I was introducing myself and explaining the situation, saying “I have complete faith in our service department” when I calmly explained that the video didn’t mention the tire being low and the fluids getting checked. He was honestly one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I left having to make an appointment to get my tires patched at Gerald’s and I will ask them to check my fluids because I couldn’t trust this man. His name is RJ and I suggest you ask for someone else if he is assigned to you, especially if you’re a woman. He became incredibly polite and apologetic when my husband arrived. I never leave reviews but I hope I can save someone trouble by avoiding RJ. More
Ruth Guzzone, in the Service Department, was very helpful with my last service. She is very knowledgeable and made sure that I knew how long it would take and what needed to be done to fix the problem I was with my last service. Months ago I was working with a salesman and then he was gone. I was texting with Jazlyn when the language got really snippy. Experience was great. As a 20 year old, it is easy for experienced workers to take advantage of my ignorance, and none of which occurred.
