I contacted the dealership looking for a different color camry then the one i had. I was given Blake Dunn. They located a car for me, but when i went to go pick it up, it ended up being a different car then camry then the one i had. I was given Blake Dunn. They located a car for me, but when i went to go pick it up, it ended up being a different car then the one they located because another dealer stole that one under them. so they found me actually a better car and since it didn't have the navigation i needed they put one in for me. Blake and my finace person , Bill Utnick have been wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend Blake, He has been there for me even on his off time which I really appreciated that from him. And Bill spent alot of time with me on the finance part never pressuring or trying to push me out of his office with all my questions I had! I appreciate everything they did for me. Thank you guys! I purchased my 4-runner in 2002 from Toyota of Charleston and had a great experience so I sent my 23 year old son in to look into purchasing his first car. Leroy was great. We love Priuses and there was no doubt that we would buy a new one, our second, so we had to be sold on the dealership rather than the car. With the help of a new sales person, Blake Dunn, we found just the new automobile we wanted, negotiated two add-ons (satellite radio and back-up mirror, both of which were added within two days of completing sale), and (we feel) we got a good deal on the non-tradein transaction. Everyone was friendly and helpful for the most part. We did get a sense of considerable pressure to go the full route on extended warranty coverage and of an initial lack of clarity about the choices and their costs. But we returned, got a fuller explanation upon request, and we now feel that it was probably a good thing that we did take most of what was offered. We like the Family Plan service feature that is part of the built-in price at this dealership though not at the other Charleston Toyota dealership with which we are familiar. Central were the sparking personality and geuine helpfulness of Blake Dunn. We think he was really a crucial factor in our deciding to buy at this particular dealership. More
