Unfortunately, we at Toyota of Charleston cannot process cancellations for other dealerships. In this case, the return of 1300.00 was from the former ownership group. We have tried countless times to help you facilitate this with the former owners with great resistance from them. From what I understand, the other group has finally responded and your refund is being processed.
