The service was excellent and received a great trade-in valve on my 2010 Tundra. Ms. Durr was an outstanding sales person. The overall service was great until I was asked to write a check for $1300.00 and they would hold the check because I had a $1300.00 return on my extended warranty plus a return on the GAP insurance. I have been waiting since 9 Jan 2013 and still no refund from the extended warranty and GAP insurance. But the check I wrote for $1300.00 was deposit by Fred Anderson Toyota. After several phone calls and visiting the dealer to ask about the check I was told “we will call you when it is ready for your pickup”. I stop by Fred Anderson around the first of March and they re-submitted the paperwork to cancel Extended Warranty and GAP insurance again. So now it’s March 28th 2013 and I called the company that issue the policy and was informed that the policy has not been canceled. I did have the company to email me the form so I can get Fred Anderson to sign it and mail it myself and wait another 30 days or more. More

We met at the dealership and that same day I knew what I needed. He had a great attitude and he even stayed late to make sure he had answered all our questions and concerns. My husband was really happy with the decision we made. Everyone in the dealership was helpful and friendly. I was really amazed by the fact that Mr. Ruiz really tried to give us a good deal. Everyone in there was wonderful and a pleasure to do business with I love my car and the price the only thing i am unsatisfied about is my car didn't come with f there was wonderful and a pleasure to do business with I love my car and the price the only thing i am unsatisfied about is my car didn't come with floor mats and after spending that much money on a car with clean very light colored interior you would think they could throw in some floor mats but they told me they couldn't because it would cost the dealership over 200$ to supply me with mats I don't know if i believe that so i am stuck buying my own floor mats that never really match or fit the interior of your car.
