On arriving at this dealership we were immediately welcomed and brought into the sales area, offered something to drink and provided with a seating area while our sales person was alerted to our arrival. Mr. Esteban Rulz, our sales person, greeted my son and myself. We had previously set up an appointment. An explanation of our expectations was given and some questions were asked by Esteban with an overview and discussion on what might be a successful result of our needs. We tested one Corolla but decided we would probably prefer a Camry. This is the choice we decided upon, a 2013 Camry SE with a three year lease. A 2002 Hyundai Sonata V6 GLS was used as part of the contract. Mr. Rulz was extremely helpful and professional in all ways. 4/13/2013. More

In searching for a new car, I went to many dealerships in the Chas. area. I made multiple trips to Fred Anderson Toyota. Every time I went to Fred Anderson, I was greeted and helped by friendly staff members the entire time I was there. I wish I had written everyone's name down that I came in contact with because all were nice and helpful. I am especially grateful to and appreciative of Alesia Durr who is the salesperson who sold me my car. Alesia was always responsive to questions I asked and never placed any pressure on me to make a hasty decision. Alesia, I thank you very much and thoroughly enjoyed working with you! Alesia is probably the best sales person I have dealt with over the years. She is very people oriented and I believe she does everything to try to make the car buying experience a good one for all involv with over the years. She could give lessons on how to keep customers happy and coming back to her dealership. She has gone above and beyond to try to make sure the customer is happy. Thank you for having her at this facility. Also, of importance, she is very knowledgable about the products you have to offer and when she doesn't know something, she will quickly find out. I have to say my experience with Matthew at Fred Anderson Toyota was a very pleasant experience all the way around. First of all, the dealership is very nice and spacious. A lot of dealerships are very crowded and hectic, but this one was impressive. Second, because of our schedule my husband and I were not able to get to the dealership until almost closing time, but Matthew stayed until almost 10:00 with us to make sure everything worked correctly with the cars and we had everything we needed. After we were done with all the paperwork, he took us through everything with both cars. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we were happy with everything. Matthew definitely changed the stereotype I had about car salesmen and I really appreciate the time he spent with us! More

James (David) Catoe approached me to offer his assistance. He was friendly, polite, quite humorous, and yet very professional. He never pressured me, but was there to answer any questions I had and ready and willing to go that extra mile. The whole experience was wonderful! From the time I walked into the dealership, to the day I picked up my new Toyota tacoma, I was treated with kindness and respect.
