I shopped a couple of dealers and ended up buying a SUV from Terry Donald at John Anderson Toyota. I was very impressed with how Terry handled the sale of my SUV. From the moment we met, I expressed my bud from Terry Donald at John Anderson Toyota. I was very impressed with how Terry handled the sale of my SUV. From the moment we met, I expressed my budget, my trade and the vehicle(s) I was interested in purchasing. Terry and his staff worked very hard to make things happen. I did not have to experience some kind of 4 hour road to a sale. Awesome Job Sales Team. I have a couple of big shout outs, one for Eddie Nuttall in finance " You Da Man" 2.94 % financing, No BS in that office.. Next, shout out is for Suzi and her staff members for the excellent service in the service department. Thank you for taking care of my SUV. Just to recognize a few of the staff at John Anderson, I should be recognizing everyone there, your staff makes a great team. My experience at Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston was a Great one. It was my first time buying a car and I had Monique Alston. Right from the start she made me feel welcomed and relaxed. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Camry from Fred Anderson Toyota. First, I had a response from an online inquiry within five minutes of making the inquiry. Second, the dealership was able to Fred Anderson Toyota. First, I had a response from an online inquiry within five minutes of making the inquiry. Second, the dealership was able to fit me in for a VIP test drive while on my lunch break from work. Third, the salesman I worked with, Blake Dunn, was exceptional. He was very friendly and was able to answer all of my questions. I told him up front that it would be a week before I came back in to purchase the vehicle and he was not pushy at all. He even called me the following week to inform me that the one I wanted, color wise, was the only one of that color in stock. On the day that I returned to purchase the vehicle, he met me with the paperwork already filled out, walked through all the features and answered any further questions I had, although, there was no way for me to have any! I would and will send all my friends and family to this dealership to work with Blake!! Highly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota!! More

I commend David for his honesty and applying ZERO pressure to me at any point during the sale, which is a first for me in my 50+ years of car buying. I recommend future toyoto buyers to ask for David as their choice of salesman. Love driving my toyoto tacoma truck. More

My name is Benjamin L. Richardson and My wife name is Jacquelin H. Richardson. I had the opportunity to be own line and put in for a quote, and Ms. Jerrica Jerdan responded to my request. On Sunda Jacquelin H. Richardson. I had the opportunity to be own line and put in for a quote, and Ms. Jerrica Jerdan responded to my request. On Sunday I decided ride to the dealership (Fred Andersen Toyota) along with my wife. We were greeted with a very warm and professonal courtsey by Mr. James David Catoe. I asked about Ms Jerdan, and he stated that she was off, and he would be very glad to help us. Mr. Catoe was very helpfull as he showed us around, and introduce us to defferent vehicles, the type that I ask about. He answer whatever question(s) my wife asked him. He was very good and we made our mind up about the vehicle and the color that he went and bought to us. My wife fell in love with it, we made up our mind right there and then. Once we saw the Camray that he showed us we decided that was it for us. The manager Mr. Bill. whom he introduce us to was also accepted by us. And a deal was made on the spot.
