Eddie Cooks found the car with all the features we wanted at another dealership. They went to Savannah to get it, found out it wasn't quite right and had to go to Atlanta to get the perfect car. The manager came out and stayed with us until the price was right, and Eddie Nuttall in finance, made the actual paperwork quick and easy. No pressure for extended warranties...etc. He offered, but didn't push. Follow through after the sale has been really good. More

My girlfriend and I were in search of two new vehicles and one of our stops during the process was Fred Anderson. The experience was very positive with no pressure. My husband and I visited the Fred Anderson dealership in August to begin our search for a new vehicle for me. I especially wanted to check out the Venzas as I thought they were a nice compromise between a August to begin our search for a new vehicle for me. I especially wanted to check out the Venzas as I thought they were a nice compromise between a SUV and a sedan. Quinn met us at the door and we began our car buying journey. Circumstances prevented our continuing the search until late September, but Quinn was right there when we returned and was very very intelligent and knowledgeable as well as having an engaging personality. We wound up buying a 2014 Venza and our final choice was very much influenced by Quinn's quiet and superb salesmanship! Everyone we worked with at the dealership was just terrific! More

Just purchased a new 2013 Toyota Camry and must say the experience from this dealership. I am 75 years old and have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime with most of the a pain in the you know where as t experience from this dealership. Of course this is after they go back to the top dog to firm up the deal. Not here at Fred Anderson's. Our salesman Randy Earles was everything positive and not what you are used to. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, addressed our every concern with complete honesty and integrity. If you are in for a car go to Fred Anderson's Toyota of Charleston and look up Randy.
