They far surpassed any other dealer we have dealt with in the past. Eddie Cooks was our salesperson and his product knowledge was impressive. He is truly an asset to Fred Anderson Toyota. He was training another associate and he never skipped a beat during the process. We never felt pressured to buy and the entire staff was friendly and professional. Don Hesher assisted us during the negotiations and he spent extra time with us explaining even more about other models as we were going back and forth trying to decide. We are or have been in the service/sales industry so we recognize a well run business and this dealership ranks with the best we have ever encountered. Bought a brand new Prius C. Blake and Alesia made it happen. I am a first-time car buyer and was really nervous and apprehensive. After deciding on a car to look at, Blake very thoroughly explained the features I am a first-time car buyer and was really nervous and apprehensive. Disceptive Advertising This place advertised 0% financing up to 72 months on ALL new Toyota Models. When I called to confirm this I was told it did not pertain to the Highla This place advertised 0% financing up to 72 months on ALL new Toyota Models. When I called to confirm this I was told it did not pertain to the Highlander. When I told them what the ad stated they basically said sorry but the Highlander is excluded from this offer even though there was nothing in the advertisement that stated this. ALL models means just that, ALL models. Period. Was given the run around when I questioned this so I will take my business to their competition. Can't deal with companies who do business like this. Their competitors will be glad to take my $40 grand. More
