That's a complete and utter mischaracterization. What issue are you even referring to that you tried to accommodate? Note the lack of any details in your message - I need a little clarity as I don't know what issue you're referring to that you "tried to accommodate". Ultimately the problem is consistently awful customer service. We're talking really basic stuff, like picking up the phone. I have had to wait 15 minutes each time I call to get routed through a 3rd party answering service *before* I can even talk to a service advisor. Furthermore, why doesn't your staff provide direct phone numbers to reach them? We didn't get a number to call from either Kevin or Wayne if there was a problem or a question. Wayne, the service manager, has a dumb email signature that only has his name and title - why no contact phone number? Wayne also took nearly a full day to email me back and only did so when I gave him an ultimatum to accommodate a request or cancel the appointment. I tried to call Wayne earlier in the day but again, no phone number and I did not have time at work to sit on hold with the answering service; frankly using an answering service at such a small establishment shows contempt for the customer. Do you guy's intentionally provide bad customer service? I don't understand how you can be so consistently bad without it being intentional! The onlyway to make this right is to replace my squeaking caliper for free and give me a loaner while you do it. I know you guys don't care and won't be willing to do what it takes to make this right.

Karina, We certainly agree that payment packing is illegal and not something we take part in. Upon review of your contract we did see that you signed all of the acknowledgement documentation which clearly shows the costs associated with the products that were purchased. We understand you changed your mind after your purchase, which is fine. We have been working with you to cancel these products, re-contract your loan and have absorbed all the fees associated with unwinding your original contract. We hope you understand this process does take a little time to complete, should you have any questions during this process please reach out to our General Manager, James Farrell at 828-585-5825.

The issue is that I walked in to speak with the sales woman and specifically told her I was looking to Stay at a payment range of around $370. She came back with $413 then ran my credit and said it bumped to $450. All along we discussed a price of $21000 and it was on the print out paper as that price. However, once going into finance the number magically became $27000. NEVER did I discuss with the sales agent OR finance manager that I wanted a $4500 extended warranty. It was added to my loan without my knowledge or consent. When I noticed not 5 minutes after signing the loan, while still in the building, your finance manager LIED to me and told me I wasn't able to cancel it for 2 months. So not only did you add a unwanted product without discussing it beforehand or during the signing process, your employee also lied to me in order to be able to claim his commission on the sale. It wasn't until I called back and spoke with your sales manager that Rob told me to come back and rewrite because you all knew what he had done was wrong and illegal. Accept responsibility for what your employee did, pushing this off and saying it's my fault for not reading the fine print is xxxxxxxx. I should have read it while signing, I just didn't assume you had crocked employees. Thankfully I read it right after. Taking advantage of women with children is disgusting and predatory. You should be ashamed.
