Bought my car 2010 have had brakes at least 2 times ( 190K miles) never heard a noise. April 2022 paid $1000. For break job, now have noise every morning. Complained and took it in Sept., was told nothing wrong, common for rust to occur overnight and make noise. I find this unacceptable as this has never happened before. Probably aftermarket parts or poor workmanship. More

The worst car service experience Ive ever had. I was insulted and nearly ripped off I brought my Infinity 2011 G37X in for service, experiencing a rough idle. Invoice 3148824. I was quoted over I was insulted and nearly ripped off I brought my Infinity 2011 G37X in for service, experiencing a rough idle. Invoice 3148824. I was quoted over 2,500.00 for cylinder #4 misfire. The diagnostic was 165.85, which was ok, however, the coil assembly part was 155.42 for one side of the engine. I asked if they wanted to buy my 1 owner infinity with new Michelin tires and 272,000 miles. I had recently purchased a new QX60 from Bradshaw Infinity. They offered 500.00 !!! I was insulted and furious. I paid the diagnostic fee and bought the coil , having picked up my car and serviced elsewhere for 500.00 The service advisor, Traci, was professional and was embarrassed by the offer of 500.00 The car was otherwise in great mechanical condition and had no interior or exterior damages. I expected Kelly Blue Book minus 2,500.00. Instead of being insulted by their offer. I would not recommend Fred Nissan ever. More
