Service I brought my Kia Forte in due to a warning light on dash it turned out to be check engine light they did the service that needed to be done and drove I brought my Kia Forte in due to a warning light on dash it turned out to be check engine light they did the service that needed to be done and drove it around to make sure the light didnt come on again advised me to bring car back in if it did come on. It took less than an hour and there was no charge. I am quite pleased with the service. More

Not the best I called ahead of time since my husband was bringing my car for me. I let them know I wanted the cheaper synthetic oil change. My husband got there an I called ahead of time since my husband was bringing my car for me. I let them know I wanted the cheaper synthetic oil change. My husband got there and was told rather rudely that I could not go to the lesser oil since I already had the higher grade. I was not told this when I called. And he was made to wait a longer period of time then normal. This is unacceptable and not appreciated. Thank you for your time More

Incredible Staff I was travelling from Atlanta to Charlotte, & my car went into "limp mode" , meaning I could not accelerate. Fortunately I was 15 miles away from this I was travelling from Atlanta to Charlotte, & my car went into "limp mode" , meaning I could not accelerate. Fortunately I was 15 miles away from this dealership. I called & asked them to please wait for me before the left, as they were almost closed. Four gentlemen were there when I arrived, & one of them even drove me 30 minutes to get a rental car at the airport, as there was nothing else open at the time. The repair was done in a timely manner & I am very happy with it. More
