This was my first time buying a car and I fear I've been spoiled. My overall experience with Fred Anderson KIA was great. Jeff Williams was very knowledgeable & willing to help me choose a vehicle. If he couldn't answer a question, he was sure to find the answer. He went the 'extra mile' to make sure I was pleased with my decision. He also set up the Blue Tooth for me! It was an extra trip for me to bring the vehicle back in because it wasn't totally ready when I picked it up (the protective coating had not been applied), but I don't believe that was Jeff's fault. He is a great salesman & I would definitely do business with him again as well as recommend him to others. More
