I had just gotten my check from the insurance company, and went out to Fred Anderson Kia looking for Andrea Linney, but she was not there. We went for a test drive and I didn't scare him. He was very helpful in getting my rental car returned so I could leave in the Kia. The purchasing process was really good. It was simple and very helpful. Joey O. went out of his way to help me. I use 2 canes when I walk, and when we took the rental car to Enterprise, I had left my canes in the Soul. Joey brought them to me when I was getting out of the rental. That was above and beyond kind. I really appreciated that. It made a huge difference to me. The service was excellent, and I really love my orange car. More

As a customer looking to buy a new car, I never thought that I would ever have the experience that I did. The salesman was very short, rude and was not friendly at all. It seemed as if I was a "waste of that I would ever have the experience that I did. The salesman was very short, rude and was not friendly at all. It seemed as if I was a "waste of his time." After showing me a car, I was asked the purpose of my visit. As I clearly stated prior to the visit that I was just looking around and could be interested in buying, I felt very insulted. So, obviously, I did not purchase from them and would not recommend anyone to purchase for them. The manager seemed much nicer and friendlier but the incident that occurred prior completely turned me off. More

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. You ask me why, well the salesman was not pushy, he was available when a question needed answering , he and his fellow salesperson were all frie car.
