Best car shopping experience I've had Fred Anderson is the first dealership I have ever visited where the employees did not try to steer my purchase. Georgiana was wonderful to work with. Fred Anderson is the first dealership I have ever visited where the employees did not try to steer my purchase. Georgiana was wonderful to work with. I dreaded the car buying experience so much that this was my 3rd year still wanting to buy a car. I went to look at a used Kia Soul, but it had been sold earlier in the day. Georgiana found comparable Souls still on the dealership lot as well as other lots so I could still find one that met my criteria. She never pressured me into getting a vehicle or features that I did not want, and she worked with my financial considerations. To top it off, my wife and 4 kids were in the showroom the entire time. In total, Georgiana was patient with me for 7 hours. And after we began paperwork to purchase a used Soul, my wife and I surprised Georgiana by convincing her to let us by a brand new Soul. She really did not need to be convinced, but I say that because she never once tried to put us into a brand new car. There was so little pressure on us to buy a car that my wife and I actually had time to think about making a financially sound decision. Georgiana did such a good job of listening to us, and I am glad that she was willing to help us find my Soul. More
