We called and made an appointment for a Check Engine light being on. We have a 2022 Kia Seltos that we bought from Hendrick Barbour in Greenville NC. Vehicle only has like 45000 miles on it and is still light being on. We have a 2022 Kia Seltos that we bought from Hendrick Barbour in Greenville NC. Vehicle only has like 45000 miles on it and is still covered by factory warranty. We took it in June 27 and were told: This dealership could not work on Hendrick warrantied vehicle. I don’t know why but very annoying and irritating. I give one star for this inconvenience but 5 stars for the service department help. I would like to see this inconvenience corrected in the future. We were looking for a larger family car and trying out a few different brands/models. We didn’t even plan on going to KIA that afternoon, but my mom loves her Sorento and speaks so highly of Fred Anderson K few different brands/models. We didn’t even plan on going to KIA that afternoon, but my mom loves her Sorento and speaks so highly of Fred Anderson Kia, we decided to pull in. We met Dorian, from the sales team, and he gave us some really great options, based on what we needed. It was a low pressure environment and they were so willing to work with us. We left there with our Telluride feeling we got a great deal all the way around and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Everyone there, especially Dorian, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Very informative and genuinely kind people there. I can’t speak to the service department, but my mom has always had a wonderful experience there. It’s not super convenient for me, but may be worth the drive seeing as how much she trust them. Thank you Fred Anderson of Kia and Dorian!! More
