I texted Fred Anderson asking for a price quote on. Kia Sportage. Jessica asked me what I was looking for and Dorian, a manager, got me a competitive quote. We went in, looked over the suv, test drove it, briefly negotiated and agreed to a price, then did paperwork to complete the sale. Dorian walked us through the loan process and Justin walked us through add-on services. Everyone was helpful, non-pushy, knowledgeable, and kind. I was really impressed with the professionalism at Fred Anderson Kia and would highly recommend them. More
We purchased a new KIA Telluride in October, 2023 and love the car. Had good service until September 27, 2024. Went in September 27, 2024 because window trim has fallen off. You were to order replace love the car. Had good service until September 27, 2024. Went in September 27, 2024 because window trim has fallen off. You were to order replacement trim and when we call told parts haven't arrived yet. Now the remainder of the trim in two other locations is falling off. We have made multiple calls only to be told you can't fix until parts come in. I called KIA customer service (corporation not you) and they said they couldn't help me without parts numbers. Referred them to you for that and never heard back. Called Raleigh several times again and again. You haven't been an advocate for us and we feel we need to go to NC State Consumer affairs for assistance. We would be happy to speak with Anderson management that has authority to help us but haven't been able to get passed the pretorian guard by phone. Nancy & Gordon Wallace More
