Thank you Ben, I came in and you had the parts. I tried to remove the 1st Review as I was frustrated after 4 months waiting. Going and seeing you and the fact that the trim problem was a massive parts issue and that you can’t repair without the parts from KIA. But you took the extra step took me over to parts to insure they had been ordered. We found that they had just come in and you had the repairs done immediately. Your receptionist Ann did a great job getting me to you while I was there. Thanks for all your concern and efforts. Gordon & Nancy Wallace
