Oil change appointment scheduled for 11:45 and dealership said it would take 2 hours max. We came back to pick up the car and they hadn’t even started on it and it was 2:00. An hour later they were finally f said it would take 2 hours max. We came back to pick up the car and they hadn’t even started on it and it was 2:00. An hour later they were finally finished with the car. I understand things happen and cause delays, however communicating this would have been nice. I could understand if we didn’t have an appointment, but that wasn’t the case. The service advisor was nice and apologized for the inconvenience. When I got in the vehicle to leave it smelled like cigarettes. I don’t believe anyone smoked in it, but they either had my windows down and smoked nearby or smoked then got in the car. More
